A leading provider of telecommunications solutions are looking to recruit new members of their sales team to bring their passion and drive to the business whilst generating appointments for the sales team. They are looking for candidates, who are aspiring, committed and career driven. This business are fast growing and offer great commission for this office based role.
- Outbound calling cold & warm leads then qualifying the call to book an appointment
- Book a minimum of 2 appointments for the Field Sales team each day
- Cross sell other areas of the business
- No targets during probation but 10% commission will be offered if appointments convert into sales.
- After probation, 15% commission offered for all converted sales over £5,000 (average sale is £3,200)
Skills / Experience
- Excellent sales ability preferably in a telecoms industry
- Experience in an appointment making role - outbound
- Background in Business to Business or Consumer Sales (B2B or B2C)
- Hardworking, ambitious and driven
- Works well as part of a team
- Fun, friendly telephone manner
- Computer literate
- You will be confident, resilient and tenacious
Basic salary - £17,500 (£15,000 during 3 month probation)
OTE £35,000-£50,000 Uncapped
Top earners - 50,000-£60,000!
- Monday - Friday, office hours
- 20days Holiday plus bank holidays
