Senior Product Manager - Post Paid: My Client's award winning team provides Prepay services to millions of customers and now plans to expand its product footprint to include PostPaid. Implementing PostPaid will follow a truly agile delivery methodology where components are delivered and tested / observed against customer behaviour then evolved as fast as possible - "learn and adapt".

Motivating the team, creating urgency and excitement about the project, the Product Manager will act as the owner and champion for PostPaid; responsible for leading the development ("The key area candidates need to show experience of is in Digital Design - being embedded within the Development team in a hands on capacity.", delivery and in life management. My Client plans to roll out PostPaid to its existing geographies and the roll out will encompass defining the user experience and customer acquisition across online and offline channels. The role holder will be supported by in country teams and a world class agile development team.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:
*Experience of delivering digital products from product definition to consumer launch and acquisition
*Product management experience within an in-house development environment, being comfortable communicating with engineers and all levels upto the CEO
*Significant product management/development experience in mobile voice products
*Ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value
*Good understanding of the platforms used to deliver contract products
*Relevant industry experience designing experiences, websites, products that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints

Desirable:
*Degree Qualified or equivalent
*Experience in multi-cultural, international environment
