Multi-Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Chiswick - £35k
An established building services provider with a excellent reputation are seeking to recruit a Multi-skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, to work in on a Large static complex of buildings in Chiswick. Due to an expansion in the existing contract my client is looking to bring in a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance of a variety of electrical and mechanical plant including AHU's, FCU's, Emergency lighting and general building services. This role will require knowledge of building control systems and air conditioning also.
The successful candidate will be experienced building services engineer and have experience of Maintenance positions . They will be able to work autonomously and help in the development of junior engineers as well as assisting the large team of electrical and mechanical maintenance engineer on site.
- Apprentice Trained
- Mechanical City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC principles
- Experience of BMS and Air Conditioning
- Ability to build rapport with clients and offer exceptional customer service
You will be a self motivated individual who takes pride in performing to the best of your ability. You will be diligent, with exceptional attention to detail and capable of working under your own initiative or as part of a larger team. You shall also have an excellent customer focus as you will working face to face with the client and their customers.
