An outstanding opportunity to join a leading financial institution with a growing footprint in the Pensions market. With a very substantial book of policy holders, the business needs a senior individual to co-ordinate customer service and enhance member experience through the deployment of effective communications vehicles, appropriate web tools and the efficient and sensible management of complaints and queries. The jobholder will need good leadership experience in a similar role and a track record of excellent delivery and the application of tight internal and external risk controls. This needs strong management from someone who not only understands pensions process but also wider areas of communication with customers, the ability to maintain high standards and drive positive change initiatives and develop this key part of the company's offering to policy holders as the customer base grows in a highly successful environment.
