A specialist financial service provider in London is seeking a Credit Risk Manager with experience leading teams developing strategies to join a fast growing team at the cutting edge of retail lending. With an exciting pipeline of interesting products, our client is leading the way in non-traditional banking and has been pioneering the Fin-Tech revolution for the past 10 years. With an established route to upper management, this is a fantastic opportunity for a capable Credit Risk Analyst to progress their career. The company have ambitious plans for growth and are looking for a Senior Analyst or Portfolio Manager that will help drive the business forward.

THE ROLE:

  • Manager a team of Portfolio Credit Risk Analysts performing analysis, driving insights and developing strategies
  • Own analytics behind the full customer lifecycle for a cutting edge product
  • Analyse current strategies and work proactively to make cut-off adjustments
  • Work with stakeholders to improve model use and strategies
  • Provide thought leadership and managerial


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience designing, developing and implementing strategies in a Credit Risk environment
  • Experience maintaining, monitoring and optimising a Retail Credit Risk Portfolio
  • Involvement with the building and monitoring of scorecards and Credit Risk models preferred
  • Strong SAS or SQL skills are highly desirable; programming experience in R or Python may compensate for lack of SAS and SQL
  • Highly numerate degree required
