£26,528 - £30,765 per annum starting salary dependent on experience and skills. 37 hours per week

Right now we’re looking for an experienced, motivated individual to contribute to the effective provision of networked services for all staff and student users in line with service standards. Assisting in the development and maintenance of a robust and secure network system and monitoring and controlling access to all networked resources. Developing and supporting in-house software developments. As well as Proactively monitoring and reporting on the performance of networking equipment, servers and services. All within agreed service level agreements within the framework of the IT Service Desk.

The right candidate will ideally have a recognised qualification in IT or related discipline and essentially have two years’ successful experience of providing support in a networked Windows environment, as well as a demonstrated standard of computer literacy.
