About the job

In this great job opportunity, you’ll be taking on the responsibility for supporting the Client Accountant and Team Leader by assisting with the regular financial reporting to clients. You will need to ensure that regulations are met also. You will need to monitor and maintain as well as calculate turnovers. You’ll need to ensure Rent Deposit accounts are set up and maintained on the tenant record accurately and where service charge shortfalls occur, investigate and report to surveyors on a weekly basis. Preparation of statements as well as ensuring that all potential income is collected and appropriate refunds made. In this job, adhoc duties will be required within the team in order for you to support the department.

About you

You’ll be knowledgeable of basic accounts processes. In this job, communication skills are mandatory so you’ll need to have a great verbal and written ability. You must be able to work well under pressure and to prioritise according to set targets.
