A luxury perfume brand is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team!
With a focus on wholesale and business accounts, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with the accounts of various wholesale customers, managing the process from placement of order to payment!
This is a varied role, with the purpose of delivering excellent customer service to existing clients and managing orders, deliveries, returns claims and bad debt - solving any issues as they arise!

Responsibilities:

*Extensive use of SAP
*Maintain relationships with existing clients
*Manage the order to cash process
*Review and provide information to the customer in regards to their order status
*Review and provide information about invoices, solving any possible issues
*Deal with EDI, phone and e-mail orders
*Liaise regularly with the warehouse, courier/forwarder to ensure customers are kept up to date in regards to delivery lead times
*Keep customers updated if items ordered are out of stock
*Manage order to clash flow of activities
*Creating sales orders, raising credit/debit notes on the system
*Creating credit/debit note billing and accounts receivable compensation
*Review and unblock orders for delivery
*Analyse and modify orders for delivery
*Returns and rejection management - following up on rejections and faults
*Delivery issues and delay management
*Sending out delivery notes to customers
*Provide any adhoc information as requested by the customer, responding to queries and complaints in a timely manner
*Credit control - chasing customers for overdue payment
*Maintain the customer data base

The ideal candidate will come from a similar background, with the ability to maintain excellent customer relations whilst ensuring the ordering and payment processes are completed in a timely manner. You will have excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels and flexible in your approach. Being highly organised and remaining patient at all times is the key to this role!
