The Bristol team is growing fast, having expanded by over 50% during the last year. It specialises in providing international accounting services to global businesses. We now require a qualified Senior Executive to help us deliver exceptional client service to our expanding client base.

The Senior Executive will work as part of a dedicated team, taking responsibility for controlling a number of clients’ accounting operations, working directly with clients under manager supervision. The Senior Executive takes significant responsibility for management of the client and supporting team. They will have primary responsibility for ensuring that input, output and project management are of the highest quality.


  • Oversee all aspects of a number of projects including: review of accounts payable, payroll processing, employee expenses management, treasury, bank reporting, management reporting and compliance for a number of overseas entities which have been prepared by junior team members
  • Production and enhancement of regular management reporting
  • Assist Managers with new client transitions and set up of new entities
  • Dealing with multiple deadlines, and prioritisation of tasks to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Liaison with offices and other service streams as necessary
  • Liaison with clients on a regular basis, dealing with more complex issues which may arise
  • Ensure all clients’ needs are met in regards to answering queries promptly, building a rapport with the client and anticipating requirements
  • Provide clients with value-adding recommendations for improvements in processes and controls
  • Be a leader in implementing process improvements and efficiencies
  • Maintain awareness of risk and deliver high quality documents
  • Become involved in non-client projects/ad-hoc pieces of work to raise profile within the team
  • Flexibility to deal with changing situations and reporting deadlines
  • Supervise, coach, motivate and develop junior members of staff
  • Participation in sales and marketing activities
  • Becoming a contact point for client
  • Run client conference calls


  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA) or qualified AAT
  • A-level or equivalent qualifications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software capable of supporting international operations highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience working for an outsourcing services provider desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with US clients desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential
  • Foreign languages useful but not essential
