£55,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A Customer Decisioning Innovation company are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is an opportunity for an Analytics Manager to work within an innovative team providing actionable insights and strategies for the business. The role will require you to be "hands on" with the data, as well as communicating on a regular basis to senior stakeholders across the business. The right candidate will have strong SAS/SQL skills with the ability to work with large data sets and provide insights on this.

The Role - Marketing Analytics Manager:

  • Improve customer engagement through the use of customer data and decisioning
  • Be the "go-to" person in customer and marketing data and analyse multi-channel marketing activities and strategies
  • Lead pivotal projects to provide senior stakeholders with actionable customer-centric insights and recommendations which will have significant business impact
  • You will support multiple business areas in developing their customer optimisation strategies across a range of channels such as email, push notification, paid search, SMS etc. Therefore you will lead agile projects and provide deep-dive analytical recommendations
  • This is a unique position where you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic business where each project will be unique. Naturally, you will learn new skills and develop your existing skills as well, however working in such a high-profile role will allow you significant career progression within the business

Experience - Senior Analytics Manager:

  • Strong analytical background in SQL with the ability to code and write queries
  • Knowledge and skills in SAS/R are advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge of data-driven insights
  • The ability to lead and develop insights
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Sophisticated influencing skills

Benefits:

The Marketing Analytics Manager can expect a salary up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits. As well as significant career development and progression.
