To work alongside the Facilities Manager to assist in overseeing the training centre. You will act as the first point of contact for all training and catering requests, and will ensure that all aspects of the training facility run smoothly, and that the office is supported in an appropriate and professional manner.

Location: East-Central London

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am- 17:30pm (over-time required)

Pay: Up to £26,000 per annum


  • Ensure that the meeting rooms are maintained to present the right image to clients and visitors
  • Ensure that the rooms are set up for courses and conferences daily, in accordance with the instructions provided and policies laid down; this will include moving/lifting of heavy tables and chairs
  • Setting up and testing AV equipment so they are fully operational and ready for client meetings and presentations
  • Loading presentations onto the training laptops in preparation of courses running
  • Prepare refreshments for meetings following a room booking schedule in accordance with requests through the
  • Meeting Room Manager (or equivalent) system
  • Ensuring all training material is available ahead of each course being run
  • Managing the Meeting Room Manager system (or equivalent) for training bookings
  • Responsible for ensuring the Training Laptops are up to date by updating them once a month
  • Maintain stock levels and ordering supplies

Essential Skills:
Flexibility needed around working hours to meet the needs of the business on occasions, regular overtime is a requirement of this role Organisation and time management skills essential

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Trained and compliant with manual handling procedures essential due to high level of hands-on manual handling

Intermediary level of Microsoft computer programme’s i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel
