With a large facilities division in the South West and nationally you will be able to over your clients expertise in Operations and maintenance management, A complete range of building services including reception, catering, mail room, security, pest control and landscaping. As well as Energy and sustainability services, Quality, Health & Safety Environment management.
Your new role
Your New role is for a Fabric engineer with strong commercial and high finish experience. You will be confident in all aspects of building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics and more. You will be working on a static contract within a high profile, commercial building that encourages high standards from all of its employees. Working closely with a team of a operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, and building fabric within a commercial environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you will need to have a city & guilds / NVQ in Carpentry, Joinery, construction & building or equivalent, experience in a similar field would be a benefit. A strong Health and Safety knowledge would be helpful. You will get the opportunity to deal with clients so will need to be well presented and friendly.
You will need to have good attention to detail
