Located 10 miles from the city centre and just 13 minutes to Euston from Harrow & Wealdstone station there are great transport links via the Metropolitan Line, Watford DC Line and national rail service. It is easily accessible to the M1, M25 and A406.

An opportunity has arisen for a Services Support Officer to join the Service Improvement team within Environment and Culture. Reporting directly to the Service Improvement Manager the post holder will carry out a wide range of administrative and technical support to the service areas within Environment and Culture which includes application processing, business process mapping and re-engineering, IT system administration and support and contribute to the achievement of a new service support team.

In addition, the post holder will at times be required to work under the supervision of other managers within Environment and Culture whilst supporting them on specific initiatives.

To be successful in this role you would need to have the following skills & experience:
* Knowledge and proficiency in office administration and practices including application processing, and an awareness and understanding of business processes
* Experience of working in a team within a busy and pressurised office environment
* Experience of working in a customer focused team
* Able to prioritise own workload to meet ever changing and conflicting priorities
* Proficient in IT systems and applications e.g. word processing, PowerPoint , excel
