M&E Commissioning Manager

A Top Tier M&E Contractor across the UK are seeking a Commissioning Manager to work out of their Central London Division. The business is privately owned and have grown year on year. They offer the full range of mechanical, electrical and public health services. The company have an exceptional reputation both with employees and clientele. Reporting straight to the Operations Director with the potential to earn up to £70,000 plus company benefits; this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career working with a leading MEP Contractor.

As a Commissioning Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Commissioning process with the client and site teams
  • Issuing weekly Commissioning reports
  • Providing technical input to the control processes
  • Reviewing Commissioning RAMS prior to Commissioning activities
  • Ensuring all parties are coordinated for witnessing
  • Overseeing close out documentation

Ideally the individual will:

  • Have worked their way up from an practical (City & Guilds) or Educational (Degree) Background
  • Have prior experience working as an M&E Commissioning manager within Building Services
  • Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a site team
