We have an opportunity for a Brand Co-ordinator who has excellent organisational and time management skills to work within our busy Brand team.
This diverse role will see the right person supporting the Brand team on the co-ordination of projects and working with the charity’s communications and digital teams, project teams across the organisation, as well as external agencies and suppliers. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience of central brand management.
About the role
The role will provide day-to-day support to the Brand team and team manager on a variety of projects with particular focus on handling incoming requests, assisting with organising brand assets, booking photographers and external suppliers, responsibility for our stock list and stock ordering, and managing your workload in our workflow management system.
The role will involve working closely with colleagues in the Brand team, our designers, and the communications and digital teams. It requires daily communication with colleagues from client teams across the organisation and with external agencies and suppliers to help co-ordinate on the delivery of projects and brand collateral.
You will be a brand ambassador supporting the brand team to ensure strong brand recognition across Arthritis Research UK.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and organisational skills combined with sound co-ordinating and administrative skills, and experience of working in a similar or related role. You will have demonstrable experience of building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
You will be able to prioritise effectively, manage your workload to meet multiple deadlines on a wide variety of tasks, have a keen eye for detail, and take a proactive and positive approach to working with colleagues across the organisation.
