A well established company comprised of individuals devoted to designing powerful exhibition experiences is searching for a new Project Manager to support their rapid growth. Work out of their beautiful offices just South of Wimbledon and enjoy the busy design and production of event stands.

As a Exhibition Project Manager, You will be:
*Receiving finalised exhibition stand brief from sales team and preparing on-site job folder
*Instructing production department with graphic brief details
*Preparing electrical and carpet plans and ordering third party services
*Liaising with exhibition organisers to provide Health and Safety documents and obtain stand design approval
*Working with internal departments to ensure job is produced on time and handed over to exhibition services team
*Overseeing stand installation and client handover onsite

To be successful in this Exhibition Company, you will have:
*Previous experience of exhibition project management
*Excellent IT skills using Word, Acrobat and Excel
*Ability to multi-task and organise many projects at one time
*Attention to detail and accuracy very important
*Excellent client relationship skills

The role is 9:00am - 5:00pm based out of Wimbledon, but you will have to be flexible with days and times when onsite during installation and handover of projects. Salary can range from £25-35K p.a. depending on experience.
