Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for their very busy and successful hotel in Cornwall.
You will be overseeing the restaurant and brasserie of this stunning hotel as well as conference and banqueting and room service.
You will have had experience at 4 star level in a busy hotel, able to work to wages costs and also budgets for the wet sales.
Rosette experience is a criteria, along with excellent organisational skills, one of the attributes required is the development and coaching of your staff especially in service standards and up selling.
You must be a strong leader to work with and manage the well established team.
