Position - Expanding consultancy based in Stratford are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor

Role - Private Sector - project based work - Mainly Commercially based

Person - MSc/BSc In Building Surveying - 6 months' private practice experience

An up-and-coming Property and Construction Consultancy based in Stratford are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

Having only been around a few years, this privately-owned firm are looking for a confident Graduate Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team. Having steadily developed their business, they are now looking for a self-motivated individual to help them meet their busy work load.

The consultancy is committed to their employee's development and they offer a tailored approach to meet each of their individual needs. This practice work mainly with Private sector clients and predominantly work with commercial properties.

The Role

The role is predominantly based in the Stratford office, although the consultancy does take a flexible approach to their work day. This role comes with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will carry out disciplines including;

  • Specification Writing
  • Contract Administration
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Defect Diagnosis
  • Party wall matters
  • Dilapidations

The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor

This is a role ideal for a Graduate Building Surveyor whose career progression may be capped. Alternatively, it will also suit someone who is looking for more tailored training/support or who is looking for a Stratford based role.

They will:

  • Have MSc/BSc in building surveying
  • Have experience working for a private practise/consultancy
