First Line Support Analyst, with Windows 7 and Office 2010 experience, paying up to 28k, based by Charing Cross Station, for a Professional Services Firm with an excellent reputation in their field. You will be joining an IT department of 6, supporting circa 250 users. This an exciting time to join them as they about to embark on an expansion via merger and acquisition.

At present you may be in a larger environment in a Helpdesk or similar role within a Corporate environment and be looking for a more diverse role, being part of a team where all roll up their sleeves and get involved.

The successful First Line Support Analyst will be the first point of contact on the help desk, providing 1st line support to users and escalating issues where required. The successful First Line Support Analyst will also be tasked with setting up new starters, installing Windows 7 and Office 2010 on machines from an image and testing. You will perform basic troubleshooting and collect information for effective internal escalation and log all calls on the call logging system. You will be setting up new starters on the system, carrying out routine maintenance and physically installing and moving client PC's when required.

The successful First Line Support Analyst will have experience of;
-Windows 7
-MS Office 2010
-Knowledge of basic network principles
-PC Hardware set-up

The successful First Line Support Analyst will possess strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and display a great willingness to learn, along with good attention to detail.
