Paid Acquisition Manager - Innovative online marketplace

The Paid Acquisition Manager will come in to maintain and develop well-optimized PPC accounts with a focus on growing other digital acquisition channels (display, retargeting, social, video advertising) in order to achieve new territory and revenue growth.

Devise and set out the biddable strategy in coordination with the Head of Growth
Build out, manage, analyse and report on the paid search campaigns
Run paid campaigns on various search engines
Focus on researching, reporting and devising new strategies to grow out the digital channels
Providing results on web search rankings and online presence
What it takes to be part of the team:
Number 1 = a love of dogs
3+ years' of experience in paid media, majority of this spent in an online marketplace (as the business focuses on continuous results of subscriptions and renewals)
Experience running PPC, GDN & Retargeting campaigns
Ability to scale paid media budgets and grow revenue accounts
Highly analytical and happy to work in a hands on role
