IT Support Engineer - macOS / Windows

Market Leading Data Analytics company based in London are looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to customers via telephone/email/on-site in SLA Driven environment.

• Diagnose customers problems.

• Report and track faults through suppliers.

• Keeping customers up to date at all times.

• Answering customer’s questions.

• Working with our senior support staff as needed in fixing IT related issues.

• Help and support the 3rd party to research and rollout strategic IT Systems.

• Supporting in the creation or re-writing of processes to support the IT teams and business.

Requirements

Essential

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

• Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of end user computing environment (e.g. Windows and/or Mac Users).

• Able to work on own and under pressure and using own initiative at identifying solutions to problems.

• Good time management.

• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.

• Basic knowledge of hardware and software topologies and solutions.

• Professional working attitude.

Desirable

• Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment.

• Experience in Office365, Knowledge management solutions, Cloud services (Azure/AWS).

• Experience in using & configuring Mac OS and Windows Server.
