Collections Account Manager
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £22,000 - £24,500 subject to previous experience
Hours: 37.5 hours a week on a shift basis

Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with a fast growing and leading organisation in the Sevenoaks area of Kent. We are now recruiting for a Collections Account Manager.

Working as the Collections Account Manager, the successful individual will ensure timely and accurate administration of the Company’s customer accounts, liaising directly with customers, ensuring the company’s collections processes and procedures are followed.

• Contact customers to collect missed payments
• Negotiate repayment arrangements in accordance with the company’s collections procedures
• Ensure regulatory notices are issued correctly and on time
• Completion of courtesy calls as required
• Liaison with external agencies
• Keep electronic and paper filing in order at all time
• To keep up to date with the company’s products

Essential Requirements:
• Experience of working in a team in an office environment
• Experience of liaising directly with customers over the telephone
• 1-2 years previous collections experience - preferably in finance sector
• Knowledge of treating customers fairly (TCF)
• Knowledge of vulnerable customer practice would be useful
• Awareness of current FCA regulations
• Ability to understand and comply with documented processes, policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate, including MS Office products and Outlook
