My client is a renowned and well-established residential developer based in London. They are looking for an individual with experience in graphic design to support the marketing team and carry out all in-house design for their development brochures, website, direct mail, advertising and social media.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graphic design professional to join a company with a clear vision and the ability to develop your role and progress within the company.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Creating design print and digital collateral including brochures, EDMs and social media campaigns
  • Working closely with external design agencies where required
  • Carrying out all in-house design on a small scale, using the agency for support on all major aspects of design
  • Producing presentations to be used both internally and externally using InDesign
  • Thinking creatively, whilst staying on brand, to create new ideas and concepts
  • Ensuring the company's brand is the main focus and is adhered to at all touch points
  • Adapting to the work ethic and style of the client's designing teams to develop high quality results together

Skills and requirements:

  • Experience in graphic design using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
  • BS/MS (or equivalent) degree in Graphic Design
  • 1-2 years' experience in property (advantageous) or with a luxury/corporate brand
  • Grounded knowledge of digital advertising
  • Confidence in ability of both online and offline media
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS and preferably Javascript (including jQuery)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Creative and innovative
  • A good team player with an efficient work ethic
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once

Salary:

£25,000-£30,000, depending on experience
