FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Client Relations Coordinator - Legal - Depositions - Transcriptions - London

Opus 2 is a rapidly growing, award-winning international court reporting and legal technology business offering real-time transcription and market-leading trial and deposition services to the legal profession, with exceptional quality of service at the forefront of everything we do.

We are looking for a Client Relations Coordinator to join our transatlantic International Depositions team for 5 months. This role, based in our UK office, involves close work with the San Francisco office to assist law firms and court reporting companies in the USA with their depositions for legal proceedings taking place outside North America. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of client relations, video media processes and technical services, ideally in the legal industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all final transcript production and exhibit handling ensuring completion in a timely manner.
  • Quality control of all transcripts utilising programs such as RealLegal, Eclipse and Case Catalyst.
  • Coordinate and track exhibit and video shipments for each client within a required time frame.
  • Act as the main point of contact internally and externally regarding transcript and media production inquiries.
  • Assist the London office with the management of the deposition job calendar, sourcing stenographers, videographers and venues.
  • Liaise with the San Francisco office to ensure all job tasks are planned and executed flawlessly.
  • Provide each reporter and videographer with detailed job confirmations and follow up with them after each deposition to ensure the job was taken with highest professional capability.
  • Assist the Finance team with billing to ensure all chargeable information is accurately and promptly recorded.
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements for our reporters and videographers.

Software Skills:

  • Microsoft Windows applications, such as Excel, Word & Outlook;
  • Adobe Reader, Google Docs & SharePoint;
  • Legal software including LiveNote, West Case Notebook & RealLegal E-Transcript Manager (preferred, not essential); and
  • Reporter editing software such as Eclipse and Case Catalyst (preferred, not essential)

HOURS - FULL TIME; 14.00 to 22.00
