Retail Training Developer
My client, a well known fashion brand, are looking for a Retail Sales Trainer and Content Developer to join their L&D function here in the UK.
Working as a key support to the L&D and retail team you will develop training content to support the store and retail operations staff across several stores UK wide. You will provide Store Managers and Area Managers with support and specialist tools to support the training and development from sales assistant level to store manager.
The role is head office based (Central London). This is a development role creating the training tools which in turn will be delivered in store by a retail coach. Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential as is a strong understanding of L&D models and theories.
You will also be responsible for creating webinars and creating e learning modules.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. An enthusiastic team player both within the London team and the L&D Department as a whole, with the ability to work well and remain calm under pressure and maintain discretion at all times. Applicants must have previous experience in a training content developer role, and an understanding of retail store operations.
