Administration Support required for a busy company in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.
Reporting to the Operational Support Manager you will be responsible for organising the working day of the Field Engineers to achieve the daily listed delivery of customer service.
Duties will include: Supporting the teams on site and help in achieving installations. Ensure compliance to standards and processes through regular contact with Field Service Engineers.
Organise engineer's list of jobs Maintain contact with engineers throughout the day.
Avoid potential failures by liaising with customers. Ensure the accurate completion of all documentation.
Ensure all jobs are accounted for and completed by the end of the day. Updating client systems.
