Delegate Registration Coordinator (Graduate, US Travel)

£20,000 + 3k Bonus

The Client & Role Overview:

Is a leading source of information for the global telecommunications community, producing & overseeing a series of global events. Due to continued expansion a role has arisen for a talented Registration Coordinator to work on the world’s largest wholesale telecommunications event, this role will involve US travel to the Event based in Chicago & hosts over 7,000 delegates per year.

Job - Summary of the Role, Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end registration process pre-event andon-site
  • Processing online and offline registrations, cancellations and substitutions using the electronicsystem
  • Registration data editing, collation and management for accurate registration tracking and reporting to theteam
  • First point of contact for event enquiries received via phone andemail
  • Assisting delegates with using the online meeting plannersystem
  • Providing visa support letters fordelegates
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of the conference
