SOUS CHEF - £34,000 -SPANISH CUISINE- IMMEDIATE START - LONDON
This stunning award-winning restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade with a view to progress into a Head Chef role. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce are used to create an exciting menu concept drawing heavily on the Mediterranean influences of Spain. All the meats and charcuterie are butchered, dried, cured and prepared fresh on site. Experience within establishments of at least a 2 AA Rosette standard will be a big advantage.
As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and be responsible for supervising the junior chefs. The Group Head Chef will be working closely with you at all times to develop you into a Head Chef and you would be learning all aspects of running a business. You will need good communications skills and you must be able to motivate your team mates. An excellent salary of £34,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
