Sales Account Manager - About The Role:
We’re looking for an Account Management professional; someone with a drive to succeed and who will support the growth of the business through excellent commercial awareness and phone-based telesales skills.
This is no ordinary Account Management role - You will be accountable for effectively managing your own work and delivering results, so our client are particularly interested in someone who thrives under pressure and is hungry for success. Sales Account Manager - About You:
You’ll need to be an excellent communicator written and verbal, adaptable, and determined; IT literate; and with the drive to reach and exceed targets. Using rigorous qualification methods, you’ll assess level of interest and purchasing capability, nurturing and converting interest, through to order stage. You’ll have proven experience in outbound calling, receiving inbound sales calls and enquiries, and account management.
Being accustomed to using a CRM database, you’ll be accountable for accurately logging and prioritising your work, and you’ll enjoy working in a busy sales environment. You’ll have experience in speaking with customers, perhaps in an account management or sales role, and be used to closing business. Desired but not essential, is a background in software sales, the construction industry, or Sage
You’ll receive full training in the products, so you can be confident in recommending the right solutions to senior directors in the small-medium business market.
