Accounts Payable Clerk
Howett Thorpe are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for an exciting company based in Weybridge on a permanent basis.
About The Role
Reporting in to the Purchase Ledger Manager and taking responsibility for their own ledger, the day to day tasks will include:
- Processing purchase invoices ensuring the correct authorisation is sought
- Preparing payment runs
- Maintaining supplier records on SAP
- Resolving supplier queries
- Process staff expenses and make BACS payments
- Assisting with KPI reporting
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have some recent accounts payable experience and will have good attention to detail and organisation skills. Experience of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
