PACKAGE: £50k basic, £80k OTE (uncapped), 25 days holiday, pension, perkbox benefits.

One of our newest clients is truly disrupting the temporary recruitment space for both employers and candidates.
They've developed an application that offers better control over the recruitment process with a greater choice of who best to hire with the aim of saving the employer over half of the money they are spending using traditional temp agencies.
Established in 2015, they now dominate the hospitality sector.
With this in mind, they are looking to open up the industry/warehousing market.
They are heavily backed, boasting some of the huge names in the world of business as investors as well as one of the UK's biggest sports personalities.

KEY EXPERIENCE

You will have a track record in the temporary recruitment sector.
You will have specialised in the industry/warehousing/logistics arena.

ROLE INFORMATION

New business role selling a recruitment platform to the industry/warehousing sector.
You will be responsible for defining and building a strategy around approaching the market.
Full input in terms of putting a team together for this vertical.
You will be expected to utilise your understanding of how temporary recruitment works within this sector and the key regulators within it.
