Business Management System Administrator - Central London

Salary up to £32k plus bonus and benefits

Our client, a Global business within the Construction and Engineering space are looking for a dynamic and organised Business Management System Administrator for their offices in London.

Reporting into the Head of Internal Control you will design, develop and maintain the BMS, assisting in the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures, simplifying them where possible to increase their effectiveness and understanding. Supporting communication initiatives, you will provide training to users and create end user training material:

Key Areas:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures for the BMS (intranet based system)
  • Communications on policies, processes and group standards so that key messages/principles are easy to understand and accessible to all. Work with internal teams on communication need as and when required.
  • Support integration of acquired entities in our BMS. Conduct gap analysis, set action plan and assist in the migration of their management system of the BMS
  • Support testing of e-DMS testing (document management and workflow capabilities in particular)
  • Administer an e-DMS when in place
  • Carryout reporting for month end, year-end and where applicable
  • Actively support the Internal Control team and the wider Support Services team on other strategic projects/tasks


  • Good experience with management systems (preferably at admin level)
  • Quality / Engineering background preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Analytical and fast learner
  • Ability to get the big picture and present in a simplified, succinct and engaging way
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative team environment
  • Flexible and adapt to workload variances
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good experience of training users (some travel may be required)


  • Good understanding of HTML
  • Awareness of eDMS solutions
  • Good understanding of workflows
  • Graphic design experience
