Job Summary - to source, pitch and close new clients for Captivate Hospitality.


Captivate Hospitality specialise in the marketing, branding and website design for hospitality businesses. We started in 2008 and since then have helped dozens of clients to grow using any combination of our services. The majority of our clients are independent restaurants, although we work with some chains and hotels. We’ve nurtured a fun working environment and everyone works as a team. We are now ready for the next stage of grow, taregting bigger chains and international clients.

Role specifics:

You will be responsible for generating, pitching and closing new clients within the hospitality sector. Our clients fall into 3 areas:

Marketing (where we act as an outsourced marketing department on a monthly retainer), branding and website. Initially your main focus will be to close more marketing clients but this will grow to include website and branding clients.

Duties will include:

- Research and identify potential clients, building the pipeline

- Write proposals or amend from our templates

- Business development via phone, email and face to face

Experience and Personal Qualities

  • Ideally a university graduate

  • Significant experience of sales and securing new clients

  • Must be technologically savvy

  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards

  • Must be very organised and methodical

  • Easy to get on with and the ability to develop strong business relationships

  • Have a positive outlook and be energetic with a fun attitude

  • Knowledge of the restaurant / hotel industry a plus but not essential

  • Must love restaurants and eating out!
