Our Central Croydon based client urgently requires a confident, dynamic and approachable telesales executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday, core hours, and will enjoy extensive company benefits. This role will be within the insurance industry and you will be asked to contact existing clients on their choices and renewal dates.

We are looking for dedicated, versatile candidates with a thirst for Sales and customer service. Our Client is eager to find a candidate who can hit the ground running following industry training.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

*Work closely with the sales team to develop new business via telephone and email to introduce our client to potential clients and brokers.
*Manage data for new and prospective clients in Excel\Websure ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.
*Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
*To report the weekly and monthly Lead Generation figures
*Dealing promptly with Preschool new business enquiries and applications by phone, internet, email from brokers or clients direct, following up on Quotes and Indications given.
*To attend weekly/monthly sales meetings to report and provide an update on all new business activity.
*To meet regularly with the Sales Manager to advise on current issues and to receive information and instructions
*To establish, develop and maintain good working relationships with other new business executives, clients and sub-brokers.
*To ensure that checking of all documentation is completed on a daily basis in accordance with company procedures
*To deal with technical queries both verbally and in writing, referring where appropriate
*To raise and discuss both good and bad working practices and implementation of changes where necessary.
*To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients , sales executives and brokers
