I am recruiting for an Area Manager to join my client and take responsibility for 4 domiciliary care branches across the West Midlands and North West. The successful candidate will ideally be based within the West Midlands (Birmingham, Cannock, Redditch, Wolverhampton) however applications are welcome for candidates in the North West but you must be prepared to travel. This company have been established for over 10 years now and holds a good reputation across the areas in which they operate. Alongside a competitive basic salary (depending on experience), the appointed Area Manager will be rewarded with; a fantastic working environment, paid mileage, company car and much more. This is a new role that has been created due to expansion within the business. *A Full UK Driving License is essential The Position: You will need to manage your time accordingly, allocating around 2 days each week to be office based with the remaining 3 days visiting the different branches. Your duties will include but are not limited too; Mentor and support each branch including all staff members When new branches are opened, act as the Registered Manager until a replacement is recruited Work with the company directors to help develop the business and identify new areas within the market Ensure each service is meeting, and where possible exceeding, CQC standards The Person: Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care as minimum Background of working at a management level within domiciliary care Strong leadership skills Interested?
