SENIOR SOUS CHEF - £50,000 - 2 AA ROSETTES - GLOBALLY RENOWNED GROUP - LONDON
This stunning fine dining restaurant, which is part of a globally expanding group, is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine French/European cuisine using only the best seasonal produce, all of which are locally sourced and brought in fresh daily. To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience within restaurants of at least a 2/3 AA Rosette rating.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a highly reputed Executive Chef from a 3 Michelin Star background.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be involved in training the junior chefs in the brigade. You would also be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. The Executive chef will be working closely with you to develop you into a potential Head Chef and you would be learning all aspects of running a business. You will need good communications skills and you must be able to motivate your team mates. An attractive salary of £50,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
