Senior Support Manager / Production Support / Application Support (Cash Equities Technology). Global Investment Bank is seeking a senior Support Manager to head up the Cash Equities technology support function. This is a high profile role in which you will have three team lead direct reports with an overview of circa twenty five staff.

As a Senior Support Manager you're primary responsibility will be to lead and develop the team; you'll provide mentoring and ensure that the team is working efficiently and providing the highest level of customer service. You'll liaise across the business, dealing with diverse stake holders across Front / Middle and Back Office teams.

*Strong Technical / Application Support background
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
*Experience of stream lining processes / teams to drive improvement
*Finance experience, ideally with a good understanding of Cash Equities
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Likely to be degree educated

As a Senior Support Manager you can expect to earn a highly competitive salary (to £120k) plus bonus and benefits.
