The Role

  • The successful graduate will support the department and endeavour to deliver against its cross-functional objectives.
  • Develop code-compliant and fit for purpose internal training materials
  • Partner with key functional leads to efficiently and effectively deliver specific complex projects, including multichannel activities

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop exciting and engaging digital materials across a variety of channels, including emails and websites
  • Develop code-compliant and fit for purpose internal training materials
  • Working with the medical department to devise future proof training plan
  • Partner with functional leads to ensure project planning and delivery of business critical activities such as conferences and multichannel activities

Internally:

The candidate will work particularly closely with the oncology commercial team, to develop fit for purpose training and materials and delivering business critical activities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Any relevant Degree area

Experience

  • 1-2 years plus professional experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment
  • Record of delivery of crossfunctional projects
  • Evidence of innovation in identifying and addressing new ways to successfully address business challenges
  • Must be capable of championing change
