Our client is a hugely successful international recruitment businesses with fantastic offices based just off Oxford Street.  They are currenlty looking to recruit a Payment and Billing Administrator for their head office finance team for a fixed term period of 6 months. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire paying and billing process for contractor timesheets and expenses received.
The position will be suited to someone confident, self-sufficient & with previous experience of the recruitment sector.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts mailbox
• Process timesheets for monthly payroll.
• Collect all necessary back up documentation for processing
• Raise sales invoices for timesheets received through SAGE 50
• Submit sales invoices to clients
• Preparing the payments to contractors using BACS
• Manage deductions and additions to payments
• Tracking PO’s
• Monitoring timesheet queries and working to resolve promptly and professionally
• Scanning all documents onto system
• Record invoices on SAGE 50

Requirements

• Organise and prioritise work to meet required deadlines
• Follow client invoicing requirements
• Build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Initiative to deal with and resolve queries or issues
• Work closely with various teams around the globe

Skills

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written in English
• Team player but ability to work well independently
• Very strong attention to detail
• Accuracy is a must
• Finance background
