London Central West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCW UCC) is a GP-led organisation and Certified Social Enterprise. We are wholly commissioned by the NHS and provide an array of different Primary Care and Urgent Care Services including GP out of hours, NHS 111, GP Practices and Urgent Care Centre’s.
We are currently looking for Complaints and Quality Co-ordinator to join our LCW Governance team. The purpose of your role will be to liaise with patients and their representatives, commissioners and colleagues, at all levels to ensure a concise response to complaints relating to quality, patient safety and Governance are co-ordinated effectively. This will include collating accurate records, reporting on and managing all complaints in line with NHS and LCW requirements.
You will be supporting the Medical Director and the Director of quality and Performance in the coordinator of resolution meetings as well as liaising with and supporting Service Managers with preparation and continued CQC compliance. If you have experience of Clinical Governance (clinical audit, complaint and incident handling and reporting), are educated to a degree level with strong written and communications skills as well as being an advanced user of Excel reporting, we would love to hear from you.
