My client is a leading law firm with a strong market presence and they are currently looking for a 3+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team in Bristol.

The Property Department has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and that growth is set to continue, with major tender wins on high profile projects across the country.

A vacancy has arisen within the Commercial Property team in my client's Bristol office in order to expand the team working on housing developments, working for housing associations and local authorities. The successful candidate will be a Senior Solicitor/Associate able to take on existing development and other property work in the housing field, and other property projects within the Department. Experience in client care and business development would also be useful.

This role will involve advising housing association and other public sector clients primarily on housing matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings to complex development projects. Good development and asset management experience will be essential, preferably with a substantial element of housing development work, and acting for housing associations will be a real plus.

On offer is a competitive salary dependant on experience and a fantastic benefits package.

Please contact Jack Smith, Legal Recruitment Consultant, to discuss the role in more detail or apply through the vacancy for immediate consideration.
