An NHS trust based in Liverpool are looking to recruit for a 1st Line Support - 19,000-20,000k.
Your new company
You will be working for a leading NHS trust based near Liverpool centre - due to an expansion of their IT team they are looking to recruit an ambitious 1st Line Support technician.
Your new role
You will be assisting the the provision, maintenance and development of the IT services under the guidance of the IT Manager. You will be responsible for the manage, troubleshoot and resolve desktop based system and printer related issues across the trust. You will be part of a team providing out of hours on-call services to the trust - this will be a 4% uplift when you are on the on call rota. To receive requests for assistance via the service desk management software provided.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in the following technologies; Windows 2003/2008 server, Active Directory, Desktop Deployment/ Proxy Servers. Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential for this role.
What you'll get in return
