Customer Service and Sales advisor
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
x1 Sat per month + x2 lates 12pm - 8pm will be required.

Acorn is currently recruiting for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor to join an exciting company in Exeter. If an excellent working environment and achievable targets are what you are looking for then this role may be for you!

The role

The successful applicant will be responsible for contacting new customers who have shown an interest online or to a recent survey that has been completed.

Key responsibilities

- Discussing customer applications and qualifying the information provided ensuring that all data is correct.

- Making sure you provide excellent customer service and keeping performance to a high standard.

- Exceeding targets and working to tight deadlines.

- Helping company clients to find new customers by supplying them with a high volume of leads.

The ideal applicant will need to have a customer service background. No hard sales experience required and the role does not include cold calling, however, any sales experience would be beneficial.

You will also need a professional telephone manner, ability to build rapport with clients and be customer focused!

Warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality is key to being successful in this role.
