Purchase Ledger Assistant
£23,000 to £25,000 per annum
Property Company in Central London

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To provide timely, accurate, reliable and consistent financial information. Take responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process invoices
• Accounts payable management
• Reconciliations
• Maintenance of purchase order system
• Following up on approval requests/purchase orders
• Payment runs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 2 years purchase ledger experience
• Experience using Sage line 50 (but not essential)
• Debits and credit knowledge
• Able to start at short notice
