We are a well-known training organisation based in the West Midlands. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. With this role you will gain the opportunity to build your skills within telesales and work alongside a fast paced and friendly sales team who will be there to support you
The role is to sell a range of credited health and safety qualifications on a national and international basis in the following formats.
The responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

- Responding to enquiries about training courses
- Discuss course content, venues and costs etc with prospective Clients
- Actively promoting training opportunities and up-selling
- Resourcing companies to contact and being pro-active in the sales approach
- Generating leads and follow these up with a Sales Executive

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

- Hard working and reliable
- Ability to demonstrate they can liaise with the varying levels of clients and decision makers
- Self-management and ability to work on own initiative
- Organisational and time management skills
- Able to work to targets and work to a sales plan

Full training will be provided upon starting this contract

We do not need someone with a long sales background in a sales environment, the company want someone they can nurture and develop into their way of selling. It is soft selling so someone to aggressive in sales would not suit this role.
