Service Adminstrator - HGV Truck Dealership
Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join a busy main HGV dealership based in Felixstowe. This company are voted as a fantastic employer with many benefits offered.
As a Service Aministrator you will be a key part of the dealership, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with workshop and retail customers face to face or over the phone. A Service Adminstrator will need to ensure that repair orders are correctly recorded to facilitate accurate invoicing to the client. The core of your work will be raising Estimates & Invoices accurately.
As part of a very important team at the heart of the truck dealership you will need to liase between the workshop, service management and customers to ensure the highest level of accurate administration can be completed. You will be willing to take on any tasks the department require including answering telephones and seeing in customers to assist the Service Advisors.
To be a success in this role, you will have:
- Experience in the Service Department of a car or commercial vehicle dealership
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to delivering customer excellence
- A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
- An aptitude for learning technical information
- Excellent administration and systems skills are essential
- £22,500 Basic Salary
- Fantastic Group Benefits including deals on cars
- 42.5 Hours per week with half hour lunches
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 7.30am to 1pm
