We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our dedicated team at Study Support at our Whitechapel branch.

We believe that tuition should be more than just a lesson.   • Using creative ideas to market the centre and gain new members
  • Day-to-day running of the centre
  • Administration of students and staff
  • Managing tutors/teaching assistant team to perform well in the centre
  • Managing and keeping a record of payments
  • Dealing with enquiries from parents
  • Keeping record of past/present/pending members
  • Compiling daily performance reports
  • Improving syllabus material
  • Be familiar with processes needed for safeguarding of children

The ideal candidate will be:

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous experience working with children
  • Knowledge of the education system
  • Previous experience working within a team
  • Good organisational and time-keeping skills
  • Good at building rapport with others
  • Able to work well with others, taking suggestions and feedback on board

Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate degree in either business, education, management, psychology, Maths/English/Science or similar.
  • GCSE/A-level Maths & English B or above

Preferred experience & qualifications:

  • PGCE/QTS
  • Teaching: Minimum of 1 year
