Working for our new client within their established business, joining them during a period of growth, you will join their busy sales team.
You will work on a rota basis, working 5 days out of 7, between the core operating hours your hours will be between:
9am-8pm Monday - Thursday (either 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm), 9am-6pm Friday and Saturday, and 11am-5pm Sunday. Employee benefits scheme is currently under review but includes staff discount, and additional holidays for long term employees.
A confident and warm communicator, your fantastic listening skills will build a rapport with valued customers both over the telephone and face-to-face in store. Your exceptional organisational abilities, willingness to learn and positive attitude will be rewarded with an excellent rate of pay and generous commission scheme (Uncapped OTE £20,000+), as well as great potential for development and career progression.
A mix of telephone, face to face and electronic sales, duties will include:
-Taking inbound calls and building rapport to make sale
-Operating Live Chat from company website
-Taking sales leads from email and following them up
-Greeting customers face to face, answering product questions and closing sale
