You’ll be responsible for;
Strategic planning for a portfolio of clients - taking the client’s business objectives and turning them into communications and media tasks
Managing account teams - offering guidance to Account Managers, identifying skills gaps, coaching and developing a strong working relationship with colleagues.
Client relationship management - maintaining effective communication, resolving conflict and managing the flow of information, feedback etc
Assisting with new business pitches - requires strong commercial awareness and business acumen

The agency offer a wide range of online and offline channels such as TV, Radio, Print, Paid Search / Paid Social / Display, Affiliate and Mobile.

You’ll need solid experience of a variety of media, with excellent communication and presentation skills and able to work effectively with client and colleagues alike. This is a solid yet dynamic business, offering an excellent opportunity to an enthusiastic leader.
