Customer Care Executive - Required for this lovely upmarket ski company based in a great location in South West London. They are looking for a strong letter writer to deal with clients once they have returned from their trip. The role is a permanent position and will pay up to £20,000 + benefits.
Customer care executives duties
-Reporting to our Customer Care Manager you will assist in all areas of customer care management. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with feedback/ service issues. You will be working closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure that all customers' correspondence is dealt with effectively, accurately and within set deadlines.
-Responding to customers' complaint letters in writing, focusing on a thorough and timely response, speaking to guests over the phone, helping to clean and monitor the company brand, courtesy call to guests, investigating and resolving problems will be the main day to day responsibilities of your role.
Customer care executives skills required
-Ideally a passion for ski but this is not essential
-Strong command of the English Language.
-Strong letter writing skills
-Travel industry experience
